the location was really central and close to shopping areas. i liked that it was a short walk to the royal mile and holyrood. the rooftop terrace was a cool feature.
the shower had below average water pressure. the tv in the studio wasn't great quality.

fresh paintearly deliveries
The studio apartment seemed nice at first glance. I noticed some areas needing fresh paint. My room was on level -3 and it was like a basement. This level seemed to be the hotel's service area. I saw trolleys with cleaning supplies and new beds near my room. Deliveries woke me up around 6 AM due to noise. I had to open the windows because there was no air conditioning, so I could also hear announcements from the nearby train station.

Reasonable stay with some drawbacks

i stayed in the three-bedroom apartment. it was huge with plenty of room. the location was very close to the train station , and it was an easy walk over to the royal mile. it was very handy to have a washing machine and drying rack in the apartment.
the apartment i booked was outdated. the carpets were old with stains. also , the walls needed to be painted because of color change. one bedroom door wasn't closing at all.
